“This is a really cool spot. The inside is nicely decorated, with lots of dog pictures!! They have lots of options. You can get the hot dogs as beef, veggie, or chicken. I got the Buffalo (blue cheese crumbles, chopped celery, sriracha, and ranch) and House (onion relish, mustard, mayo, celery salt) I really enjoyed both, especially the House Dog!! This is a Black owned, gourmet hot dog spot! Very cool!“

“I was waiting for my flight and wanted a quick snack. I got the cheeseburger, which includes the patty, little fries, and regular soda for $25.05. There’s limited seating, with three tables that have two high chairs and about two tables for standing. It was easy to order, the staff were friendly and efficient, and the burger was as good as ever, just like the fries. The little fries are perfect for two people.“

“Oh K-Dog can be a bit hit-or-miss. The food is fantastic -- all the K-dogs and sauces are amazing, and the toast sandwiches are absolutely delicious! However, service can sometimes be slow, and orders don't always come out in the right queue order. If you're on a short lunch break, you might want to plan ahead. Still, the flavors make it worth visiting when you have the time.“

“I visited this branch, and I was hoping it would be their very first location. However, the staff told me that the original location had been demolished, and that this branch is considered their first.
Overall, I really enjoyed the meal.

“Visiting DC and stopped for breakfast, Latrell took our order, was very nice and personable, while we were enjoying our meal the manager asked how we were doing and our experience there. We told her we were visiting DC and she took the time to tell us about DC and the surrounding areas. She was very pleasant and they really made it a great experience for us, if you ever visit or frequent this establishment your in for a treat, their really great people!“

“I went to this place specifically for the bourbon chicken as it is a favorite. It was terrible, dry and without any sauce at all. However, the black pepper chicken was great. The fried rice and the mixed vegetables were very good also. The service was good and staff was friendly.“

“I go here most of the time if I want pizza from Papa John's. This time Im a little disappointed. I placed an order the day before but eating leftovers the following morning, when I was basically just about done eating the whole slice, I felt something in my mouth when I pulled the pizza slice back. It was a strand of hair (disgusting) I ate almost 5 pizza slice in total (large pizza) just to find a strand of hair in the pizza slice. I wasn't able to get intouch with a supervisor so I called customer care to file a complaint. Manager Alex responded immediately and was able to credit the order back to the credit card I used.“

From the moment I walked in, Nick was welcoming, professional, and genuinely friendly. He handled a busy rush with ease, stayed attentive to every customer, and made sure each order was prepared perfectly. My sub was made exactly as requested — fresh, generous with the toppings, and neatly wrapped. You can tell he takes pride in both the quality of the food and the overall customer experience.

What stood out most was Nick’s positive attitude and attention to detail. Even during a busy period, he made the interaction feel personal and unhurried. That level of service makes a big difference and is the reason I’ll gladly return to this location.

“This morning was really not feeling it didn’t wanna go to work, but I said I was going to stop and get some Chick-fil-A before I went to work and I was greeted by Kassidy & Omar! Great customer service great vibes. Great Energy you have a regular on your hands at this point“

“The chain makes some mighty tasty subs; between this and Potbelly, I don’t tend to get subs elsewhere. This shop is tiny (two 4-top tables, two 2-top) and the staff is friendly. Parking garage is free for 30 minutes (you have to walk thru CVS, or out the entry ramp, to reach the sidewalk and get to Jersey Mikes.). No validation offered for longer stays.“

Grabbing an Original Chili Dog from here would seem like a suspect idea before boarding a flight, but the quality of the food is great and the staff are very friendly. Just make sure to grab a ton of napkins because this meal can get messy…

“I have eaten at this subway for a couple of years now. Look, your people need to show a bit more pride in the sandwiches they make. The manager, AMAZING, he knows what he's making, how to make it and presents it like it should be and listens.

The rest of the staff, they basically just throw the stuff on the bread willy nilly. They rarely spread the ingredients right and just plop on the dressings and sauces without a care. These staffers need to be retrained on how to build a sandwich and damn it, would it hurt you to smile?

“Talk about night and day renovations when compared to the Langston blvd store (yes it was years ago). This location managed to create a store that works well for drive through, dine in, and app order efficiency. Langston is essentially a sterile drive through only location today, with all other options just an afterthought“

“In the shopping center they have a store on the first and third floors, we placed the order on the third and then we went to the food court so we could sit down to eat, because there is no place to do so in the other store. We had doubts about what to buy, I consulted, at first I didn't know but I let myself be understood but then he explained to us well. The flavor of the hot dog bites is very rich, addictive and the sweet ones, with sugar and cinnamon, are not far behind, they are tasty. The flavored lemonade that was ordered, that feels artificial.“

I ran back thinking I could find them there and they just insisted "No" because it was after closing time. It was correctly listed. Perhaps it is a DC thing. “Thanks to ovechkin and the caps, I’ve been getting a lot of half off pizzas this season and this location makes the BEST papa pizzas around. I actually drove past two other papa stores to go to this one because their ingredients and toppings just taste better. Friendly staff inside as well. They clearly take pride in their work.. bravo!“
