Had a small hiccup with my order and ended up needing a refund for one of my meals! Eric, their manager, was really kind and understanding of the situation! Received a full refund once I realized my friend and I ordered the same meal twice!
I just wanted to give a special shoutout to Karol! She is absolutely the sweetest and always makes my visits to chickfila so much better. Every time I come in with my dog, she remembers us and always says the cutest things about him. She is incredibly friendly, warm, and genuinely so kind. Karol is truly wonderful and definitely deserves recognition! ❤
