I visited this afternoon and had my Fav chicken n waffle. The customer service was exceptional! I want to give a huge shout out to Madison she is an amazing young lady, professional, friendly, and efficient.
Could be better but absolutely horrible distribution of labor. Workers will stand around if a task is not in their “section;” often waits of >5 minutes for a drink after you have received your food are regular.
