Customer service isn’t good. I placed an order for pickup. I came to the area marked pickup and no one acknowledged me. A couple came to order and was acknowledged. I then had to get in the line to let them know I was picking up an order, since no one acknowledged me.
I keep teasing these guys to start making funnel cakes, I bet if this chain ever picked up doing funnel cakes The demand for their products would go through the roof, but no one wants to listen!!!!
