When ordering through their website, I arrived and it said oops, sorry but there was an error and canceled my order. Of course this was right after 1030, so I had to go somewhere else to get breakfast for everyone. I don't know if I'd really suggest ordering online, as this really inconvenienced my plans I had with friends and made me over an hour late.

i ordered two meals and two lemonades. i got my food first but waited 30 minutes for the lemonades. i even asked for the lemonades and told me to wait. but it doesn't take 30 minutes to make 2 lemonades. just when i asked about my order, they give me the drinks. the lady didn't apologize or say anything.

Fast, friendly, and delicious fried chicken. That's Chick-fil-A in a nutshell..still weird to go to a fast food place that closes on Sunday though.Order the spicy chicken burger and chicken nuggets; they're delish.

A Chick-fil-A that didn't quite carry the CFA customer service as the standalone operations. Ordered a sandwich with add ons and a sauce... Got a sandwich without anything I asked for.They were not busy at all around 11am and the dining room area was very clean and counter was well organized.Note that this location also does not have mobile order.

On October 28, 2023, I visited my favorite restaurant, Chick-fil-A, and my experience left me quite disappointed. As I stood in line, I was pleasantly surprised when the couple ahead of me insisted that I go ahead of them. Grateful for their kindness, I proceeded to the counter, expecting a pleasant interaction.However, my encounter with Jasmine, who I later learned was a team leader, took an unexpected turn. She, for some reason, informed me that I was not allowed to cut in line, which puzzled me as I had not cut in line at all. I politely explained to her that the couple ahead had graciously let me go ahead of them. Unfortunately, my attempt to resolve the situation was met with her abrupt departure from the counter, leaving me somewhat bewildered.In my frustration, I let her know that I often write reviews about my dining experiences with the company and that Chick-fil-A has always been my favorite restaurant. Regrettably, her response was far from what I expected. She expressed, rather rudely, that she "didn't give an f-word about a review."Shortly after, what I believe was her manager approached me and suggested that I should be nice to her. I found this comment quite off-putting, and it didn't sit well with me. Feeling undervalued and disrespected, I decided to leave the counter.A manager named Johnathon later approached me to inquire about what had transpired and if I would still like to make a purchase. While I appreciated his attempt to resolve the situation, my experience at this Chick-fil-A location has left me with a different impression. It seems that, in this particular establishment, my money is the only aspect that holds value, and my personal dignity and humanity are overlooked. Chick-fil-A, which has always held a special place in my heart, will never quite be the same for me after this encounter.

The two morning managers literally only talk all morning leading to no work ever being done in the morning correctly no orders being ready on time... And all the shit there and do is talk and talk and talk... I've hit every single morning and I am sick and tired of it... whoever hired those two women literally should be very ashamed of themselves and I cannot believe that that's what you call a manager or a Chick-fil-A touch summer service rep at all... Talking is not work and I've never seen that doing anything but that talking and giggling all day all morning until shift end

Pretty standard Chick-Fil-A chain. I've order via mobile app and got my order as soon as I arrived. Food is made right and tasted great. That's all that there is.

Food is good like any Chick-fil-A, be careful because the meter maids are extremely aggressive with ticketing. I got out of the passenger seat to go in while my husband drove around the block and a meter maid jumped in front of the car and took a picture of the license plate as he was about to pull off. Took me less than a minute to open the door, close it, and begin to walk. I heard him ask the guy why he was doing that and he shrugged his shoulders.

I go to this Chick-fil-A quite often. The food usually tastes fine, but some of the employees have the worst attitudes and are very unprofessional. Today this employee charged me for an extra order of fries that I didn’t even request. This isn’t the first time they got my order wrong. Having to interact with some of the employees is very frustrating because they don’t listen and don’t care enough to make sure your order is correct. Also this location is very pricey compared to other locations.

We ate here Saturday and got a spicy chicken sandwich, deluxe chicken sandwich, waffle fries, Mac and cheese, lemonade, and a coffee frosty.The food was very fresh and well prepared. The restaurant was very clean even though it was very busy. It only took about 3 minutes to get my food quickly so very little wait. I would recommend using their app as you can order when going to the restaurant and then not have to wait so long.This spot was not as good in the past but they seem to have really stepped up their game and significantly improved on their processes.
