Unprofessional and not easily accessible by phone. I spent about 30 minutes trying to get an order cancelled on the phone and was left on hold, hung up on and when I tried calling back the phone was seemingly left off the hook for a long time and rang busy. They get my order right half the time and it's never too far off. I am disappointed that you can remove toppings but they charge for extra. I can see if it was bacon but for 1 extra pickle it was 70 cents. The staff aren't friendly but they are efficient.
