Night management is horrible, rude and slow... please learn from other McDonald's, paying an extra dollar per hour to each employee will attract better and faster employees and will increase sales at the night drive thru....

The lady BLANCA who works there most of the time through the night is VERY VERY RUDE & Disrespectful!! She once held up the whole line for about 15 mins at the call box-because she was on a personal call. She gets ALL the orders wrong and shouts at the window. She is RUDE! She needs to be fired!!

They get my order right half the time and it's never too far off. I am disappointed that you can remove toppings but they charge for extra. I can see if it was bacon but for 1 extra pickle it was 70 cents. The staff aren't friendly but they are efficient.

Unprofessional and not easily accessible by phone. I spent about 30 minutes trying to get an order cancelled on the phone and was left on hold, hung up on and when I tried calling back the phone was seemingly left off the hook for a long time and rang busy. I couldn't cancel the order via app after the wrong location was chosen so I had no choice but to deal with these rude and incompetent people who just kept putting me on hold and screening my call because they didn't want to deal with me.

Im wholeheartedly convinced the workers here hate their lives and themselves which just makes me pity them corporate should take a peek cause I've never seen anyone who felt the need to smack a car they can't afford to fix multiple times with a tray. Unfortunately it's probably some deep rooted childhood trauma but they should fix their shit before someone spills a drink on them
