It's hard for me to rate any Chick Fil A experience lower than 5 stars. Staff is always expedient and polite, multiple options for food delivery whether its curb side, walk in or drive through. Other restaurants/fast food chains need to take notes from Chick Fil A's play book!
Anyone that knows me, knows I am a huge fan of Chick-fil-A. There food is just so good! So while I was exploring the terminals of Reagan Airport, I found a Chick-fil-A, i decided immediately to eat here. The line was huge! Yet in about 10 minutes I was able to place my order. That means the staff is providing quick service. The food was ready in no time! I then sat nearby eating my spicy chicken sandwich and fries. The food was piping hot and delicious! This location is always busy from my experience. Either the line or the pick up area could be full, usually both. However, the staff tries their hardest. They could probably employ a little more technology so that they don't need to call out people's names several times. They also tend to try to bring out orders in batches. From a supply chain mindset, would recommend adopting a "just-in-time" mentality and serve each customer in the order was received. Food is ok not spectacular...read full review
