The Cashier Akeem was very nice, respectful and he have great customer service keep it up.
I was at the Washington DC airport and Haras was taking care of me and he did a phenomenal job. He was very kind, thorough and helpful. He did a great job

The staff tries their best, but could benefit from implementing technology to improve order efficiency and cleanliness of the seating area. The food is described as okay, meeting the expectations for an airport restaurant. Amazing customer service and fast services are available here. Their kelp salads are a must, and they have meals designated for kids. Service was poor for usual standards of a Chick-fil-A. Employees seem to have misheard every customer name which caused confusion at pickup. Also, not a lot of seating. Annika was awesome and showed everyone exceptional customer service and super service.
