If I could give zero stars I would. I was GIVEN the wrong order and blamed for taking the order when I brought it back. The lady was extremely nasty and rude. Argued me down. I asked for a refund and she refused to give me a refund. No food. Money taken. Requesting that Dunkin Donuts makes this right.
This is the worst Dunkin’ location I have ever visited. The employee who assisted me was extremely rude and rushed me throughout my order. She got my order wrong and had an attitude when I asked for my sandwich to be remade.

Tesfaye should absolutely be fired for his horrific customer service. He literally called me an asshole and gave me the middle finger because I wanted to know how he expected me to spread ice cold butter on a warm bagel. He didn't tell me they don't spread the butter themselves until AFTER I paid and left them a tip, too. He had a major attitude from the start and kept saying that it wasn't his problem, which it absolutely is going to be his problem now.
