NOT ALLOWED??? “Want it or not?”According to the very upset and rude employee, she is not allowed to give customers oat milk OR almond milk on the side. Not allowed, it’s completely fine, BUT you don’t have to be rude or unfriendly about it. Where are the undercover bosses when you need them?
Dunkin never disappoints except at an airport. It's amazing to think that I would have to wait 25 minutes or more in line to get a cup of coffee. I had to leave the line which by the way was crossing through regular traffic in the airport. Why can't they put stanchions up so that the line doesn't interfere with the traffic flow? Doesn't make any sense to me. Anyway, I missed my coffee today unfortunately

I'm not the biggest fan of airport food or the madhouse created around the many different places to grab a bite to eat. I just wanted something quick to tide me over until my destination and this was literally the closest thing to my gate.
