How hard is it to get an order of a coffee with cream and sugar, a toasted plain bagel (since they don't have any other kinds) and strawberry cream cheese right? Apparently too hard for the people working here. Why offer sugar at all when on the counter are all the sweetener options anyone could want, except they don't have any stirrers. They gave me the coffee, said they had to toast the bagel. They didn't even bother to wrap the bagel in wax or tissue paper like most places...read full review
Dunkin never disappoints except at an airport. It's amazing to think that I would have to wait 25 minutes or more in line to get a cup of coffee. I had to leave the line which by the way was crossing through regular traffic in the airport. Why can't they put stanchions up so that the line doesn't interfere with the traffic flow? Doesn't make any sense to me. Anyway, I missed my coffee today unfortunately
