Fantastic coffee shop with some nice food options too. I especially recommend the empanadas, which are delicious! There's lots of seating and it's a nice place to set up and do work as well as chat with a friend.
While staying in Arlington for work I met up with an old friend to catch up with over coffee. Three whistles is the perfect location to do just that. There is plenty of seating to accommodate multiple sized parties, and very large store front windows letting in plenty of light.
