The manager is genuinely kind, welcoming, and attentive, even reaching out personally to apologize and invite guests back after a disastrous Mother's Day experience. The decor, vibe, and bar seating are loved, and the outdoor seating is great. The bathrooms are very nice and clean, and the lighting is the best. While one visit was the worst dining experience with terrible food and poor service, a return visit was night and day, with excellent food and drink. Surreal delivers an experience that is truly special, often described as a Michelin-star dining experience and a true gem in Crystal City.
