“I came by this Dunkin’ Donuts by chance and loved the staff. Shay and Marty were very professional and knowledgeable. I had a nasty coffee from a different coffee shop and Shay and Marty welcomed me and offered me the most deli alternative to what I had unfortunately purchased at the other coffee shop. Thank you so much. Also, I felt welcomed as soon as I came in the door where as the other coffee shop gave off a vibe where you had to be extremely quiet. Thank you guys for cheering me up and for the midnight coffee that tastes delicious.“

“When I decided to go to Dunkin Donuts it was my first time and I thought it was going to be an unforgettable experience being as though it's in an airport. That wasn't the case I don't know if this young man was the manager or not but his knowledge and professionalism was outstanding. There wasn't one question he couldn't answer I am so glad he was there I believe he name was Darius. Thank you Young man for helping me navigate through the menu I say he deserves a raise or bonus.“
“Rather long wait for a small pickup order, and they put the wrong topping on the turtle latte-- these odd rainbow-ish sprinkles (could've just left them off altogether instead of adding this to the drink that is already a sugar bomb), but I appreciate the effort! However, staff are very pleasant and were apologetic for the wait. I'm also glad this location has a drive-through, despite it taking a little while.“

“Service is fast, when folks order uncomplicated beverages otherwise if they order "add just a little of..." they are just not prepared for these things. Competent staff, no one in a hair net and not all wearing gloves. One thing I was hoping for was a breakfast sandwich, but they don't serve those here. Line was 13 people long, and no second cashier stepped up till a customer asked them for service! Tables in the area had plugs and usb ports which is helpful. Napkin dispenser was jammed until I started to open it, then the attendant noticed and fixed it. Over all, clean environment and good coffee, slow service.“
“Scott is great! I received top of the line service that was fast, it wasn't too busy and I got a free doughnut that was delicious for national doughnut day with my drink! Since it was later in the day, the ambience and cool air was nice because it was hot outside!“
“Decent DD/Baskin Robins location in the area. We came on a Saturday afternoon and were surprised there was only one person working both registers - consequently ordering and getting our orders took awhile but it wasn’t the workers’ fault, but rather management.The young worker was patient, kind and worked hard and the drinks and ice cream came out well. I did notice there was a hole in the ceiling though and bathrooms were not functional.“

“Though one of the smallest Dunkin' Donuts I have ever gone, this place is quite friendly and service is awesome. I ordered varieties type of donuts with coffee and those were so fresh. Big disadvantage of this location is very limited parking. Top of the store a canopy type waiting place that is so cute and specious. Anyone can hang-out their spare time with a coffee over there. And you know “America Runs on Dunkin' !!!!–
“My experience from Aug 30th to Sept 2nd at this location was the best. I had to stay at the Marriott Crystal Gateway for few days as I had a problem in the parking lot so I stopped at this location every morning for breakfast. Barbara was extremely nice with me and my family. She was kind, funny, always with a smile that really made our day. To bad we are far as I live in Canada but I will hardly recommend this place with Barbara and the Pumpkin Spice Signature Latte. :)Kid-friendliness: They were so nice with my girls that they kept asking going there and see Barbara.“
“Whoever was working on 3/22/23 afternoon, made an excellent latte and gave us wonderful service! We had sourdough breakfast sandwiches. Worth the money! The hash browns were awesome. Not sure of the seasonings, but the best, I ever tasted! My son loved the coffee cake muffins and the blueberry donut was my favorite!“
“Their breakfast crosaunt is still good . That and a small coffee, cream & sugar, always please. The surprise was the iced lemon pound cake. I was thinking didn't see it up on the racks with the doughnuts but they're pre-sliced individually wrapped. Moist and flavorful. Comparable to the one at Starbucks, just not as large but would buy it again as it's not as expensive as Starbucks.“
