Great place for my daily dose of iced cold tea and donuts today. The only issue I had was with the lady at the register. I think more training is needed. I asked how I go about adding a gift card I received as a gift to my account and she replied I can only pay with one or the other (gift card or app). Not very helpful but the tea was delicious!! 😋
We came here many times, and each time they don’t have our order right. I don’t know what’s happening in this store, ok the employees are very nice and always fix the problems but why they have them every time in the first place!? I just decided today is my last day to have ice cappuccino here. Sorry but it’s not the same I know from other locations for DD!
Had a good coffee. Just a regular black coffee. Lots of flavor. Made my evening. Service was good.

A past employee was especially loved, as she was kind and made visits special, but she has not returned. An incident involved staff refusing to share the restroom password with a child and then yelling at him later, which left a negative impression. Overall, the experience can be mixed, but the location remains popular for its quick service and decent food.
