Great place for my daily dose of iced cold tea and donuts today. The only issue I had was with the lady at the register. I think more training is needed. I asked how I go about adding a gift card I received as a gift to my account and she replied I can only pay with one or the other (gift card or app). Not very helpful but the tea was delicious!! 😋
Best americano coffee
We were standing in line and were skipped, ordered a Boston cream donut and received an old fashioned. Informed them about the mistake and received another wrong donut. Informed them again and finally received the one I originally ordered. The iced coffees we purchased had no ice and not made as requested.

A past employee was especially loved, as she was kind and made visits special, but she has not returned. An incident involved staff refusing to share the restroom password with a child and then yelling at him later, which left a negative impression. Overall, the experience can be mixed, but the location remains popular for its quick service and decent food.
