I was hesitant to come because of the reviews but needed my coffee fix and this is the only Dunkin in the area so gave it a shot.
Service was quick. I got an iced latte. The young man making my drink greeted me when I was at the counter and made my drink without issue. My iced latte was pretty good. No complaints 👌

My son needed to wash his hands in the restroom, but the staff refused to give him the password and entered it for him instead. After eating, he wanted to wash his hands again and entered the password himself. This time, the staff yelled at him and repeatedly shouted, 'NO!' I’ve never encountered anyone in the U.S. being so mean to a 6-year-old. It left us deeply hurt.

We've lived in this neighborhood for three years and used to visit this location...

Love the location of this DD. Only reason for 3 stars is because mixed service. I have always found the service to be mediocre. Recently you hired an extremely worker. She is very friendly, chats with all the customers and is super sweet. I believe she is Latina, very pleasant person. She’s always working. The other staff is not as friendly as her. Some staff like the other day is on the phone while placing my order. It’s not the first time she will be on the phone also sounds...
