I spend my money here all the time today i got the chorizo and egg wrap and asked them if they could heat it up 2 times because the last time i got it it was cold in the middle so im not sure if they did because when i got to my job it was still cold in the middle, the fact that i asked the tall guy and the short lady to do it they have failed. Im not spending nomore of my money there. Also i got a large iced matcha with light ice and i see the guy put all the ice in the cup along...read full review

did a mobile order accidentally in the wrong location. staff was very rude and did not want to accommodate me. happened to me at starbucks nearby before and made my drink right away. it’s always a bad experience at dunkin. will not go back.

the staff is rude and really do not care about the consumers. accidentally ordered at the wrong location on the app and they did not want to accommodate me at all. "We can not help you. You have to pay again." are their exact words. Spoke to the manager and she said next time don't order at the other location. It's called an accident, Of course I wouldn't have on purpose. Contacted DD corporate and got my refund. Very nasty people.
