I spend my money here all the time today i got the chorizo and egg wrap and asked them if they could heat it up 2 times because the last time i got it it was cold in the middle so im not sure if they did because when i got to my job it was still cold in the middle, the fact that i asked the tall guy and the short lady to do it they have failed. Im not spending nomore of my money there. Also i got a large iced matcha with light ice and i see the guy put all the ice in the cup along with the 4 scoops of matcha when i said something he poured out some of the ice along with the matcha that was stuck to the cubs. THEY REALLY DONT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS!!

You have to pay again." are their exact words. Spoke to the manager and she said next time don't order at the other location. It's called an accident, Of course I wouldn't have on purpose. Contacted DD corporate and got my refund. Very nasty people.

The donuts (Boston Cremes) should have been the flagship of the company, but they tasted like they were at least two-days old and barely had any creme in them. The service was not great, and they staff put the donuts in the bag upside down so the chocolate coated stuck to the bottom of the bag. Thanks!

"I'm not sure how America can run on dunkin, if dunkin can't even run itself"Customer service here is terrible, I am now aware that Dunkins app has tremendous flaw where it doesn't inform you if an item Is out of stock. I am realizing that not just this location but dunkin itself is run terribly. I called customer service because this store is not stocked properly and they should be more aware of what their locations needs are. Manager training, or local management. instead I was ignored, placed on hold for 8 minutes, and my issues weren't addressed, nor any acknowledgement of the problem. I am not mad about 1 order being wrong. I'm mad with how this location runs, one person managing an entire store isnt possible, and things are never properly stocked, and I'm mad at the corporation not having an ability to inform you an item is out of stock and taking your money. This conflict with the cashier getting mad at me for ordering an item 3 times within the past 2 weeks could have been avoided if 1. The app told me 2. The store was stocked regularly.I'm not sure how America can run on dunkin, if dunkin can't even run itself.

This location is a quick stop location and their selection and quality shows it. I rarely go out of my way for donuts but when I do I want a good donut. Donuts purchased tasted day old at best. Very disappointing experience.

I've frequented this location quite a bit since I work in the area. Last time I visited, my muffin was burnt and inedible. Today, my cold brew vanilla latte was tasteless (literally water) and my bagel was stale and chewy. Today was definitely my final straw. Don't bother visiting this location unless you're maybe getting a plain coffee with cream and sugar. I've been repeatedly dissatisfied for months.

Scott is great! I received top of the line service that was fast, it wasn't too busy and I got a free doughnut that was delicious for national doughnut day with my drink! Since it was later in the day, the ambience and cool air was nice because it was hot outside!

I frequent this location because I work nearby. Unfortunately, they often “lose” my mobile orders, or this morning, my order must have been “stolen.” There are always employees that appear to be on their first day.I will likely spend a few more dollars and order from Starbucks a few doors down from now on.Be aware, there is no free parking available at this location and street parking is extremely limited.

Entered the business this morning to a very very nonchalant woman at the register. She did not initiate interactions with me, the paying customer. I asked if the eggs were cracked from a shell, she didn't understand. Asked again, "are the eggs prepacked and process?" She looked as if I asked her to guess my name. She walked away, then comes, maybe the manager. I asked if the eggs are "real" or processed. She answered "yes". I asked which is it. Again she looked confused. I asked again. Do you have to crack the eggs to prepare them for the sandwiches. He response, "I don't understand". Oh My Freaking Gawd!! Get some folks there that can understand ENGLISH!!! Decided to order a sandwich that does not contain eggs. As for my review on the sandwich, Dunkin Donut needs to stick to donuts and coffee ONLY!! If you see me back there, it will be I won the lottery and bought that franchise and FIRED every soul there!!!
