Subway in Arlington

“I have eaten at this subway for a couple of years now. Look, your people need to show a bit more pride in the sandwiches they make. The manager, AMAZING, he knows what he's making, how to make it and presents it like it should be and listens.

The rest of the staff, they basically just throw the stuff on the bread willy nilly. They rarely spread the ingredients right and just plop on the dressings and sauces without a care. These staffers need to be retrained on how to build a sandwich and damn it, would it hurt you to smile?

Again, amazing manager, not so amazing staff. Food is good.“

“A subway is a subway, foodwise, but service can really make all the difference for customers. I'd like to share the great experience I had yesterday coming in from a snowstorm. Nasir was helpful, make pleasant conversation, and even offered me a small plastic bag to carry my books in to avoid them getting drenched in the storm. It's that kind of above and beyond kindness that makes me want to continue coming back to this Subway location. I would recommend it in particular.“

“As good as any subway can be. Hours are weird as one of the days, they close at 4pm. I seem to have forgotten a pair of gloves after leaving shortly before closing. I ran back thinking I could find them there and they just insisted "No" because it was after closing time. It was correctly listed. Perhaps it is a DC thing. Will still go back next time I'm staying in that area.“

“I’ve been coming to this Subway for a while now and honestly I don’t understand some of the negative reviews. Every time I’ve visited, the staff has been friendly, patient, and hardworking, even during busy hours. The store is clean, organized, and the food is always fresh and made exactly how I ask for it.

You can tell the owner and employees genuinely care about the business and put effort into keeping customers happy. Sandwiches are prepared carefully, ingredients are stocked well, and the service is fast without feeling rushed. It’s not easy running a restaurant and dealing with nonstop customers all day, but this location handles it professionally.

One thing I really appreciate is how respectful the staff is to everyone who walks in. They stay calm, helpful, and positive even when the line gets long. The atmosphere is welcoming and the employees work hard to make sure orders are correct.

People are usually quick to leave bad reviews after one small issue, but they forget to mention all the good experiences. This Subway deserves recognition for the consistency, cleanliness, and customer service they provide. Definitely one of the better Subway locations I’ve been to, and I’ll continue coming back. Highly recommend.“

“I have been to many different Subway sandwich shops over the years and they continue to be a very straightforward place to have lunch. Many times just to pick up a good sandwich and be on my way is my personal standard habit.Consistently good sandwiches at a fair price.Can't say I've ever had a bad experience at any Subway location. All of them have had very friendly staff with clean locations.“

“I've always had a good experience at this Subway, especially compared to the one on Lee Hwy near Cowboy Cafe (don't get me started on that one).
