“I only purchased a soda but the gentleman working was nice enough to let me use the restroom. The store was very clean ,he was very polite and the bathroom smelled decent. When I get a craving for subway this is the place I'm coming to. Its comforting knowing a place keeps things clean..helps food digest better.“

“It's my experience that the success of a restaurant like Subway comes down to the crew. I obviously don't know what it was like in the past, but they seem to have a good crew working now. I placed my order online and arrived two minutes ahead of when the app said the good would be ready. It was, and I was out the door quickly, and the most important part was that the order was prepared correctly and was still hot. I only knocked the atmosphere slightly because the store is small with very little seating. Otherwise, this was a five-star experience.“

“I had an amazing experience at this Subway! I stopped in and ordered a Cold Cut sandwich, and the gentleman who made it absolutely nailed it. Every ingredient was fresh, everything was perfectly balanced, and it was honestly one of the best Subway sandwiches I've had.
It was so good that I came back again—and to my surprise, the same Spanish gentleman remembered exactly how I liked my Cold Cut sandwich and made it perfectly without missing a beat. That level of customer service and attention to detail is rare these days.

“I really liked coming here to grab a bite to eat friendly staff and straight to the point really good service! And the seating area is great and inside is nice and clean really fresh fruit too! I love the Nice walk there as well! And really affordable for like a half a sub it was like 7.65 and that is pretty good to me for all the food you get on your sandwich ??

“The store is located in Library of Congress: James Madison Memorial Building. There are ample seats which are very clean and comfortable. Charging ports are also available.
I usually preorder before I arriving at the store through Subway APP and there are bunches of promo codes available to redeem such as SIXINCHSUB to get a 6” sub for $3.99 and 699FL to get any footlong for $6.99.
All the staff are kind and friendly and they complete my order before the estimated time shown in the APP.“

“I work down the street from this location and I go in every other night. Sonia has taken my order the last few times and she is very friendly and helpful. Subway is Subway—it’s consistent and good food. My only complaint is sandwich pricing, but that can’t be helped in this economy.“

“09/17/2025- Visited the food chain for the first time, for lunch. I ordered a tuna half sub with their works, raspberry ice tea, and oven-baked chips. Yum! I sat in the place and ate my lunch. Nice food team, quiet, clean, and enjoyable for thirty minutes.“

“Spent Good Friday at the Museum of the Bible, left and walked the short distance to this Subway. There were 10 of us, and we arrived 40 minutes before closing, but the nice ladies served us like we were their first customers of the day. They were efficient, friendly and sweet. Aside from the more than questionable service with a hint of attitude (which could have been from working early morning). “This Subway was a little harder to find because it's inside a building in the cafeteria area. Very nice once you find it. Food was the usual Subway fare, plus a nice selection of other snack/drink items. Very clean and plenty of seating available. There is outside seating available if the weather is nice. A good option if you don't have a lot of time and need to eat!“

“This particular subway is only accessible to employees of the State Department. The service is absolutely excellent and speedy with very savory meatball marinara sandwiches that I was served everyday at the most reasonable prices.

“Excellent, efficient and clean establishment. Food was ready when I walked in to pick it up at 10-15 min after I placed the order. The Tejas BBQ brisket taste was fantastic. The SriPraPhai drunken noodles with tofu was so-so. Its taste profile was more like Pad Thai than drunken noodles I have had from prior restaurants, so would not get this again. The taste wasn't bad, but not what I expected. Overall, I would still return and try this food concept chain again (similar to a food court in a mall with many restaurant options but with a small pick up window and assembly room in the back).“

“I'm vegan & wanted to buy my boss a sandwich w/meat, this is their favorite lunch place (only i knew she likes cold meat, the staff were very patient with me.
