“I just got two sandwiches yesterday, and I never had an issue with quality and service. Sometimes, I like to order online also in advance so I can use the coupons. I think in the middle of the day is the best time to go cause I always see at least 3 people behind the counter in my opinion“

“I only purchased a soda but the gentleman working was nice enough to let me use the restroom. The store was very clean ,he was very polite and the bathroom smelled decent. “It's my experience that the success of a restaurant like Subway comes down to the crew. I obviously don't know what it was like in the past, but they seem to have a good crew working now. “The store is located in Library of Congress: James Madison Memorial Building. There are ample seats which are very clean and comfortable. Charging ports are also available.
I usually preorder before I arriving at the store through Subway APP and there are bunches of promo codes available to redeem such as SIXINCHSUB to get a 6” sub for $3.99 and 699FL to get any footlong for $6.99.
All the staff are kind and friendly and they complete my order before the estimated time shown in the APP.“

“I had McDonald's a while ago it was pretty good. So I thought I would try Subway it was better than I expected. But it didn't go well for Taco Bell and there was so much stress in the Panda Express. But there's not a lot of spots for lunch. But it was really good.

“The bread was a little undercooked / doughy on this particular occasion. Could have been a bad batch. Generally I'm happy enough with Subway. They offer a reasonable number of sandwich options, food quality is a little better than average. This particular Subway is not one that I would sit in, although it's convenient to have some reasonably priced food when i need it.“

“09/17/2025- Visited the food chain for the first time, for lunch. I ordered a tuna half sub with their works, raspberry ice tea, and oven-baked chips. Yum! I sat in the place and ate my lunch. Nice food team, quiet, clean, and enjoyable for thirty minutes.“

“Spent Good Friday at the Museum of the Bible, left and walked the short distance to this Subway. There were 10 of us, and we arrived 40 minutes before closing, but the nice ladies served us like we were their first customers of the day. They were efficient, friendly and sweet. “It’s a busy rainy day. It’s Saturday around 3:40pm. This man is by himself working hard. I’m sure he’s frustrated, and tired but he’s not showing it. He still has great customer service, and a smile. Whoever his boss is should appreciate him if not with a raise but a day off.“

“Extremely disappointed. I ordered online as I waited (2 footlong subs). The plan was that this was going to be dinner for me and my family. When I got in the car, I realized that I had been given 1 footlong and 1-6 inch sub. I called immediately. I was told to call back. I explained that I would just come back by the next day, being that I was on my way to get my kids from camp (and lived 1 hr away). We both were in agreeance. Whe I came back the next day, the guy acted brand new, like he didn't know what I was talking about. Accountability is BIG in my book. You can't do nothing for me if you can't take accountability. I have no Traub to lie about a sub especially. I was calm, approachable, and kind....... as I typed this, the guy Shaong came back and rectified things. I will be returning again. I have a lot of respect for this establishment. He fixed the issue. We r all human, and we forget things sometimes. It felt great to get the same grace that I am always giving.“
