I was not happy with my experience at subway today. I’m aware the lady was just doing her job, but when I ordered a BLT. She took of a bacon slice. There only four slices of bacon on my sandwich. We have so many sandwiches option in this area downtown. The reason I chose subway, and that particular location was for the awesome customer service I always receive. I got turkey on the Italian/cheese bread. No complaints about my sandwich, but the customer service is just ok. They could also clean up their sandwich prep area a bit. I should have taken a pic of the prep area..anyhoo, there were olives and lettuce swimming in the crushed red peppers and he scooped some of the lettuce that was floating in it onto my sandwich. 1. Employee is rude and rushed everyone to order. Which can make the sandwich that is being prepared, wrong. But the store was completely empty. The pepper were slimy and old but yet still tried to serve them to me. Management please make a change soon. I will not be returning until there is better service and fresher veggie options
