“A hidden gem! This is the way to focus on just one thing and do it well... focaccia sandwiches. The 13 choices are a tasty expression of classic sandwiches. I sampled the Tartufo. The arugula and the black truffle honey really accent the prosciutto and stracciatella. The focaccia was very light, slightly toasted with a marvelous crunch. My wife's Cubano was an Italian take on thus classic sandwich. Though the focaccia was equally delightful, this was a little mundane but still enjoyable.
This cute shop has limited seating at a counter and a few tables for 2 people. 4 or more in a group would be better served with takeout orders. This would be a great option for a picnic or lunch in the park.
I think we thoroughly recommend this and will come again.“

“Excellent, efficient and clean establishment. Food was ready when I walked in to pick it up at 10-15 min after I placed the order. The Tejas BBQ brisket taste was fantastic. The SriPraPhai drunken noodles with tofu was so-so. Its taste profile was more like Pad Thai than drunken noodles I have had from prior restaurants, so would not get this again. The taste wasn't bad, but not what I expected. Overall, I would still return and try this food concept chain again (similar to a food court in a mall with many restaurant options but with a small pick up window and assembly room in the back).“

I had a brief conversation with owner and i was told they used very high level oil to fry the food. They definitely care about the quality of the food more than anything.
