I love Potbelly’s, but the experience today was not the usual visit. There same to be a weird dynamics at this particular location. There were a ton of employees at the store, except when it was time to make the sandwiches, ring up the customers or be at all helpful to anyone. Yes, it was great! The service and food was great. The service, was even better, thanks to Tee! She is amazing and awesome. Her personality is kind and sweet. She has a genuine and pretty smile. Hopefully, she gets recognized and get a decent bonus. The turkey and swiss was great. It was fresh. Tee, wiped down our table and all. It is refreshening to see someone working who wants to work. Thank you ma'am. Hopefully management will let her know. Blessings always!

I can to downtown for a protest and there were so many people in line for food and the bathroom, I believe there were only three people working and they did fantastic ?Wheelchair accessibility: Clear access to the door, no accessibility button for door, no stairs in establishment
