I went into Panera bread today 07/31/2026 and I had a great experience at Panera Bread thanks to Jasmine. She was friendly, patient, and had such a positive attitude from the moment I walked in. the employees here do their best and are always respectful. I've seen some genuinely rude customers give them shit for absolutely no reason other than to take out some pent up anger, and yet both the staff and the manager have displayed remarkable behavior trying to diffuse yhe situation. Hope that gets recognized somehow.
