Kinda rough if you come at the end of the day. Most vegetarian options were sold out and a basic cheese flatbread almost cost as much as a pizza elsewhere. They seem to have an abundance of appealing bakery items, but if you want something close to real food instead of sugar breads, maybe just get in the area before everything else closes.

Went here after Christmas Day and around 8:30PM there were no other places for good coffee and pastries (I don't count the food trucks near the mall). The service here was the best! They treated us so kindly and were very patient, courteous and helpful. Great job to the entire team at this location on H St NW in Washington DC!

the manager is this restaurant told me and my group that “we are in a restaurant” and that we “need to lower our voices” we are very disturbed with the service here. we hope this was not directed towards us because we are all people of color. also my mac and cheese was frozen.

It is insulting to cheat customers merely because they order on line. You should stop offering salads if you aren't prepared to actually provide greens.

It turned out that they did not have chocolate chip bagels even in an early morning! Had to get cinnamon crunch and cinnamon swirl bagels as substitutions. Two dozen bagels filled a paper bucket to its top.

Food was very good. Great value if you take into account signing up for their beverage program. Free coffee, and soft drinks which on average now about 3-4 dollars per drink. It costs $9.99 a month so 2 drinks it pays for itself.

Woman taking orders was very passive aggressive. Once food came out, we received the wrong mac&cheese and my sandwich looked as though it had been trampled over or possibly ran over by a bus. Very sad

We were at H st location (between 17th&18th st) in DC. Clean restaurant, welcoming staff, yummy food was prepared quickly. We will visit them again!
