The service was so slow and not because of our waiter the kitchen staff was so slow. Input in an extra order of potatoes and they never came. By the time my server could get them, I was just ready to go. So I had him pack them and my food. The server was amazing and tried to make my birthday memorable at Clyde's. This was on Sept 1st. Also the bar staff downstairs was great. It was only one guy working but we all had his full attention and our glasses started refreshed.
I have been going to Clydes at Chinatown for years and have never been disappointed. The staff is always polite and professional and the food is always delicious!

Clyde's Restaurant consistently serves excellent food, including some of the best salads, burgers, and crab cakes around. The service is also consistently outstanding, with friendly and prompt staff who keep drinks filled. The ambiance is good, and the overall experience is great.
However, some recent visitors have had mixed experiences. While the crab cakes were praised as amazing, with little filler, the calamari was reported to be light on squid and heavy on peppers. The burgers were also described as overcooked and dry, while the steak was cooked perfectly medium-rare with a delicious sauce. The service, though generally good, was reported to have struggled when the server got caught up with a large table.
