Enjoyed coming here with my family. The young woman at the counter was so friendly. I told her I was hard of hearing and she was so patient with me. The young woman's name is Unique. She really cares. The food was good but the customer service was excellent. This was our first time in the DC area. We will definitely come back here on out next trip here.
Jeremy was welcoming and took great care of us.
Came here to get a quick bite/take out on the way back to my hotel. Appreciate the plethora of public transit options letting me get to my hotel faster with less walking. For shake shack they usually get busy but I did appreciate the fact they were able to get my order out quickly even with how busy they get. Great job to this shake shack team and I wish every shake shack shift and team was this coordinated and well trained with equipment that actually works as intended.
