This restaurant is directly beside the Ford's Theater in DC. As you can imagine, it's a hot tourist spot so it's busy busy busy. I recommend making a reservation ahead of time.
When I was young, my grandparents used to bring home T-shirts from the different Hard Rock Cafe's that they traveled to. And when I had the rare opportunity to eat in one as a kid I thought it was the coolest. So when we were looking for a place to have lunch soon after we arrived in DC, we looked at the map and the Hard Rock Cafe was about to open. We quickly booked a table and walked right in.
