“Enjoyed coming here with my family. The young woman at the counter was so friendly. I told her I was hard of hearing and she was so patient with me. The young woman's name is Unique. She really cares. The food was good but the customer service was excellent. This was our first time in the DC area. We will definitely come back here on out next trip here.“

There’s tons of seating so always room without a reservation. In the summer, great patio that’s generally full and cozy. Good beer selection.“

“TODAY IS BOGO DAY! && wen i say the staff that was there from 4pm - closing was absolutely AMAZING! I had 3 different orders and I was expecting them to be fed up with me because they wasn’t they was sooooo nice despite them have over 60+ orders.I do believe they need a bonus on their check next pay and I’m coming back for that man number that was working fries“

“Honestly was VERY happy I tried this place I’m not from the area but this place did not disappoint I was going to go to McDonald’s but I saw this place was right across the street so I gave it a try and it was great, I was welcomed at the door by a nice Indian man with a smile behind the register and who was happy to help me bc I have never been there he explained what was on the burgers and how they were made from SCRATCH, even though I only got 2 cheese burgers it costed me 17.18 but for how good they tasted I was very very happy with that price compared to going across the street to McDonald’s and getting mediocre hamburgers, the hamburgers that I got from here were juicy and the toppings tasted and looked great on the burger and overall I was very very happy I stopped in today and if I ever come back to this area I hope to stop in again, if y’all do manage to read this today I was the guy in the brown work jacket.
Parking: There is not many spots but I was able to get in and out just fine.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a concrete ramp built in to the door it’s small but I think as long as someone held the door for you ya could get in.“

“Bacon double burger: 9/10 The first bite of this burger was full of flavor. I recommend the secret sauce with it. After a car ride home the burger wasn’t much to look at but was great!
About the size of my fist a bit bigger it was a large burger and definitely worth the money for the combo $19 to get the fries and drink included.
4/5 seasoned fries: good but not the star of the show it was crispy and seasoned well.
During lunch I wouldn’t go to this location unless you work in the plaza. Parking was hard to find and $15 for 1 hour if you use the plaza parking.“

“A very nice establishment. The space is clean and the staff are extremely friendly. I also appreciate that you can get a combo of a burger (unlimited toppings), fries, and a drink for $15. The booths are also nice. Food is great and fries (which they are known for) are amazing.“

“i tried the K shack menu! the shake was spicy and sweet as described , the onion rings crisp and the fries fresh! I love the korean spices / gochujiang seasoning and the sauce used in the chicken bites i asked for just the sauce and they obliged! great location!“

“I was pleasantly surprised by how much this Shake Shack location has improved! I came here two years ago and didn’t like the service, so I started going to the Wharf location instead. But today changed everything. The food was super fresh, my order came out in great time, and the place was spotless. The team here has really done a full 360 big difference from my last visit. I’ll definitely be coming back to the Navy Yard location from now on.“
