New location is very unclean. You'd think that by moving to a smaller space, they'd be able to have someone to regularly wipe down tables. Guess not. Tables were all sticky and covered in crumbs. Trash from previous customers hadn't been picked up. I guess they really want people eating here... no need to tip for dirty atmosphere. Not as much of an issue at the surrounding eateries with a similar set up. Service is a lot faster than before, so that's an improvement.
The service can be reaally slow. I ordered a milkshake. Just that. And somehow it took like 20 minutes. Others with their orders of burgers given after me were processed faster than mine
Let me tell you something about Manager Brian over here. I work in Philly but I had to order stuff for my DC office and everything got mucked up and on the DAY OF an event the DC people are like “oh half that order needs to be no cheese!” So I call this store in a TIZZY and within 45 seconds Brian has me cool calm and collected bc he already took care of it. I love that guy. Brian I owe you my life thanks!!!
