The prices are already grossly inflated because this location is located in the train station terminal, but to not have ‘small’ sizes and only have ‘large’ available at the highest of prices, that’s wrong. The menu board says small is available, so I should be able to get that when I request it. This is a gimmick.
I thought I would pick up 4 pepperoni pretzels to take home as a treat for my family. I was the last person in line and willing to wait. I got to the front for 4 Pepperoni Pretzels to go to go. The Lady behind the counter says, "I never make 4". I am looking at her like " Why not?" Especially when I am willing to pay for them. It is clearly on the menu above my head.
