Went on a busy night (concert nearby) but the staff was on it the whole time, being super aware and attentive while keeping things moving.
I finally ate at a Shake Shack! It was delicious! Novi, the Cashier was very polite and helpful. On a scale of 1-10 I would give it a 7 for cleanliness. It wasn't perfect. But, it was more than clean enough.
Your basic shake shack, they service is somewhat fast but they keep you updated on your food delivery etc etc.
