I paid for my meal through Uber Eats and was provided a confirmation number, an estimated time of completion, and a Text alerting me to the fact that my order was ready…all for my order to not have even been received yet alone made by the time I got to the restaurant. Chuck did his due diligence to help me ensure I ordered from, and was at, the right location for my pickup. He ultimately made me a fresh meal and got me on my way. I appreciate you, CHUCK! Shout out Chuck.
It's different here. Food, employees it's all business. Food is outstanding. Can't even compare to the ones in PG county.
I will always come to this location for how they corrected the mistake of another location. They were all really kind and the manager on duty was a true class act. Thank you all at navy yard !
