Good ice cream, nice staff, friendly. We enjoyed a lot having ice cream in a cozy place in Washington DC. The atmosphere is family friend, they have a good variety of flavors. Really recommend that you experience this business.
The most expensive milkshake in Chinatown! We paid $21+ for two milkshakes. They were delicious but not worth $21.You can walk a couple of blocks to Five Guys and buy a milkshake for $6.95. Or you can walk a bit further to Dolcezza for locally made gelato for $5.90 for a cup with two flavors.I’ll give HD positive stars for great customer service and you can order online and pick up. Plus the quality of the ice cream is what you expect from HD.
