“I have been coming to this subway for years and never had any complaints. Recently I have noticed that the younger employee is always on the phone (using his earpiece) and not paying much attention to the customers because he is on the phone. I have observed their frustrations due to his lack of awareness on their faces. Customer service is extremely important especially when it comes to making someone’s food. Take a phone break and get back to using the great customer service you had when you first started.“

“This place is ghetto and they are under new management. I got a cold cut sandwich and they only put bologna on the sandwich. I’m not in the mood to actually micro manage people and honestly should not have to. But I had a coupon so the sandwich was free. However if subway did not want to give out free sandwich they should not dish out coupons. The guy there said that next don’t bring a coupon like wat. Why wouldn’t I? Don’t go here go to the other one down the street.“

Some people comment about the "depressing" ambiance, but I think that is pretty normal for a small sandwich shop or deli, it's not like going to a resturant. it's a takeout place that have solid food at solid prices will come back and try more things!“
