“Running errands and turned off 395 to make some phone calls. Pulled in to the parking lot and decided to try JJ's vice the Subway nearby. Glad I did. This was during COVID-19 era, so I ordered my sandwich, went out side to make some calls and 5-7 minutes later my Pannini was done. I believe I had the roast beef w/ bacon, but whatever it was - it was cooked just right and the veggies didn't overbear the sandwichs as is often the case. “My wife and I spent the afternoon at National Harbor. We had a very good time there. The weather was exceptional. Not sure if we ventured into Potbelly because we wanted a sub or if it was just the closest place to us when she had to pee lol. She ordered a meatball sub and I got the new farmhouse sub. The establishment was very clean and pleasing. Workers were very friendly. The table booths there reminded us of a vintage cruise ship feeling. Even though neither of us I have been on a vintage cruise ship. Both subs were delicious but I believe my farmhouse was better than her meatball sub. I gave her a bite of my sub and we found ourselves going back as we left for the day, buying another one to take home. Would definitely go back“

The staff are overall friendly and they have been for the 2 years I've been going here. They are patient when ordering and during the transaction. They always make my food to perfection, which I appreciate.

I love the cleanliness of the store and how the store set up is. There is plenty of seating, nice area I frequent often and plenty of parking in the lot. Also, they do have free wifi!!!

It's one of the best Potbellys that's I've gone to. Great customer service, location, and staff!

“GIGI works the grill, and Kate works the front, two of the most delightful people you will meet. Food is made to order and absolutely delicious, located on the first level of the business complex, and well worth the drive if you are close! Prices are reasonable and portions are perfect. The chili sauce that they put on some of their items is to die for, worth every penny!

“I Shopped at the Subway on Riggs road DC, near the Wal-Mart. I wanted to try their new garlic bread for one of my 3 sandwiches ordered but the garlic is not baked into the bread instead, it is spread on the bread like butter. Too much for a regular sandwich for me. I did enjoy my 2 tuna sandwiches and 1 spicy Italian though.“

“This Subway location is the best that I have stumbled upon. I have a Subway in my hometown and rarely visit; the employees are mostly teenagers. Enough said. My food was prepared by Mr. Rubel (Roo-bell). It was hot, prepared exactly as I asked, and served with a smile. The parking area was easy in and out, with no problems getting around this small strip of businesses. The bathrooms were spotless on the day I visited. The restaurant was clean with no trash, dirt, or dust anywhere. The tables were all wiped down with chairs pushed in. All emplyees were working hard, going about their duties and preparing for the day. It was early, between eight and ten in the morning. I was welcomed, pleasantly served, and thanked for patronizing this Subway by Mr. Rubel. After I left and got in my vehicle I decided to get a few pics and write a review because the service cleanliness and quality of food here were exceptional. I thought maybe I dreamed the whole encounter. Nope. I went back inside and Mr. Rubel was interacting with another customer. He was so pleasant and accommodating that I realized I had stumbled across a true Gem. I will stop here again for sure.“

The jalapeno chips feel like they're getting lighter and lighter in quantity, but still good. The restroom is clean, there's soap, and paper towels. There's usually a lot of foot traffic and it can be pretty busy, so if the tables are not wiped down or the floor is a bit messy, there's only 3 people here meeting your hunger needs!
