“Its good. Of all the food court options on Ft. Belvoir, Charley’s does the best job offering a consistently good product. The food is cooked to order the way you want it, so it’s always hot and fresh. Basically the opposite of the Panda Express next to it. If you happen to be in or near the PX, I recommend this location.

“Gabriella was my cashier, she was super nice. When my food was ready, she bagged my food and drinks in a big bag with my drink holder inside the bag, then placed my drinks in the drink holder along with my food and chips. She made it easy for me to carry out and easy for me to pick up my autistic grandson from the bus stop and walk with him to my door at home. I really appreciate her extra help and care, which my my life easier today.“

“As far as Subways goes, this is one of the nicest Subways I have visited in a long time. I selected the cafeteria in the hospital before going to Subways. After seeing the options available in the cafeteria, I decided to go to the Subways. I ordered a foot long meatball sandwich. I didn’t expect the price to be over $9 but not shocked. The sandwich was very good and half of it was enough to fill me up quickly for the day. I plan to visit this Subway again in the future.“

“This is my go to coffee spot and you really can’t beat the price. Even when I add oat milk to my lattes my total is usually around $5.50- much cheaper than most coffee shops in the area. I love the brown butter toffee and the blueberry cobbler lattes. Some of the workers definitely make the lattes better than others- on a one off occasion my latte tasted like nothing as if they didn’t put any of the flavored syrups in. Their strawberry lemonade is also very good! In terms of sandwiches, I love the chunky dunk and my boyfriend is a big fan of the club sub- even claiming it’s the best sandwich he’s ever had. Ive been coming to this spot since they were a little shack down the street- I love it!“

“This is my favorite Subway. I have been to many subways in my lifetime. I've never been impressed to where I thought I'd write a review. I've come here three times so far and each time I was greeted with a smile. The vegetables are always fresh and the store is always clean. The employees are always patient with me and my kids because we never know what we want. One day I had gotten off of work and got some mud in the store from my boots. They were not angry at all, definitely didn't do it on purpose, but they could see how exhausted and hungry I was at the time. Because of how nice they are to me, my family and the atmosphere this will be my forever subway! Keep doing what you're doing. ❤️❤️“

“You know exactly what to expect at a Jersey Mikes. It’s hard to screw up a fresh sub but Jersey Mikes luckily (for me) always knocks it out of the park.

I am writing this review though for the staff. This location is near my work and I go somewhat regularly. Often enough to notice what a great team you have at this store. They are friendly, seem happy to be there and genuinely interested in making your sandwich just the way you want it. They say hello to everyone who walks in the door and several by name who must be regulars.

Kudos to the team and leadership. That kind of work culture takes a lot of time and effort to create and maintain and it keeps me coming back as a customer.

“Absolutely the BEST customer service I have ever received. The entire staff was friendly from the moment I walked in until I left. They not only were very quick with getting my order and professional, but they immediately started a conversation with me and had huge smiles on their faces and really seemed to care about how my day was going. Additionally, I have celiac disease so it is hard for me to trust the cross-contamination from fast food places, but they took extra steps to ensure I felt safe and could enjoy a sandwich. They changed out their gloves, thoroughly wiped down the entire station including the island and meat cutter machine. They also got a brand new knife and cutting board as well. Food is made to order and absolutely delicious, located on the first level of the business complex, and well worth the drive if you are close! Prices are reasonable and portions are perfect. The chili sauce that they put on some of their items is to die for, worth every penny!

One of my favorite touches was the Potbelly cookie placed on top of the lid—it added a fun and unique touch to the experience. The milkshake was cold, refreshing, and exactly what I needed on a warm day.
