Let me start by saying that I have been loyal to this location since they opened. However, I witnessed serious concerns with food prep during my last visit. First thing I noticed was that the sub prep area was dirty— toppings, smeared condiments, and crumbs all over. It doesn’t usually look like that (minor concern, sure). I really appreciate the customer service given by the two young men today. Also having a gluten free option is a plus. It’s been a while since I’ve experienced a good experience with service providers!Vegetarian options: Mushrooms Swiss subs
