- food was good, my BLTA was great and flavorful but the bacon was not cooked well at all, it was super chewy and pretty raw.- prices are normal for the area.- place was clean and organized.- staff were friendly.- have plenty of parking but it does fill up quick.- overall not a bad first experience at this location.
The sandwich "A Wreck" was good, the bread, wheat, was good and fresh, as was the produce, lettuce, tomato, and pickle. The soup, chicken pot pie, was tasty, if a bit salty. It was thick and a lot of veggies in it. The reason for the 3 star was the environment and overall response of employees. When I shared with the sandwich artist that I had never visited a Potbelly Sandwich Works before I asked for a recommendation, the response was, "Well everything is there on the menu."...read full review
