Never had their soups before. Asked an employee what she recommended, and she said Broccoli and cheddar soup. You get oyster crackers on the side. It was really good. ?

Abraham is the MVP! He followed my specifics for a large group order and helped me add more items when we didn’t have enough ordered ahead of time. They’re super speedy and helpful over

- food was good, my BLTA was great and flavorful but the bacon was not cooked well at all, it was super chewy and pretty raw.- prices are normal for the area.- place was clean and organized.- staff were friendly.- have plenty of parking but it does fill up quick.- overall not a bad first experience at this location.

The sandwich "A Wreck" was good, the bread, wheat, was good and fresh, as was the produce, lettuce, tomato, and pickle. The soup, chicken pot pie, was tasty, if a bit salty. It was thick and a lot of veggies in it. The reason for the 3 star was the environment and overall response of employees. When I shared with the sandwich artist that I had never visited a Potbelly Sandwich Works before I asked for a recommendation, the response was, "Well everything is there on the menu." The employee seemed uninterested in making the service look good, just a "tell me what you want" demeanor. Nothing rude, just uninterested. The environment was a bit dirty, trash on the floor around the register and drinks station. In addition to trash, napkins on the floor in the dining area. Leftover trash on a few tables, it is obvious that customers are expected to bus the table but a few hadn't and items stayed on the tables (2) and bar area for the duration of my visit, 20-25 minutes. In addition tables needed to be wiped down. It was not real busy at the time of my visit, on a Wednesday at 1:30pm, so it makes sense that employees would have time to keep the dining area clean.

Great team of sandwich makers on a Sunday brunch. The beginning of the line extremely friendly and welcoming. And motivated to make your meal. Once you get the cashier Jacob everyone better know what type of Turkey sandwich they are getting! Otherwise Jacob will give you a look that most will not forget. I told him I was sorry I didn't know there was a difference between the regular turkey and premium turkey sandwich or what ever he calls it! Food was great as always potbelly always hit the spot Good luck Jacob ! Almost a 5 star but I like to stay positive

I went to this Potbelly's today as I was in the area for an errand. I ordered a sandwich and specified no mushrooms and later, no mayo. I said it first and the guy working repeated it back to me. I confirmed, no mushrooms and no mayo. He had a a huge grin the whole time and when he handed me my sandwich he would not look at me. I went home and my sandwich has mushrooms AND mayo. Definitely seems intentional and it’s concerning that someone who works in food service would do that. I called the store to speak to management and no one answered.

I do not leave reviews. Usually, people leave reviews to bad mouth a place. But, I needed to share this one, because they have won my business again.I hadn't been to this location in over a year because of my last visit with a cashier that kept rubbing his face and running his hands through his hair that claimed he had "social anxiety". Which made me wonder how he became a cashier in the first place. I was made to feel bad that I called him on it by other staff that I preferred he not touch my food. If a bartender walked up to me, and I ordered a margarita, then they walked away wiping their face and running their hands through their hair, I wouldn't want them touching my drink, straw, or lime.Today's visit was completely opposite. The cashier was better. But, the line staff was fan-effing-tastic. I was in the restaurant industry for 23yrs, and these guys did it right. Kudos to your line staff for their efficiency and positive attitudes. It's rare to see that in fast casual concepts nowadays. Just look at Chipotle, Subway, or CAVA.Thank you for your great service, presentation, and food! I'll be coming back.

Moved out of state for a few yrs and they didn't have a Potbelly's. I missed and craved the Grilled Chicken and Chedder sandwich. Just moved back to the area and the first place I wanted to eat was here

Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The food fell short of expectations, lacking the quality I've come to associate with the other potbelly locations. Additionally, the service was disappointing, leaving me with a less-than-pleasant impression. Overall, it was a letdown, and I'm hesitant to return based on this experience.

The original size is 8” and was 10$+. Just go to the subway 20 feet away for the same thing except for cheaper and larger portions. Also the sandwhich was cold fresh off which is never a problem at subway. Place is so overrated and expensive I have to give it two

Let's start off with Potbelly's is one of my favorite sandwiches places. Consistency is key. However, this location was off...maybe it was isolated to the say. But my tuna sandwich was cold...how when it goes through a toster oven? The person adding condiments didn't understand the request of others as well as myself. Order soup and wasn't given a spoon and there wasn't any out to retrieve myself.I'll continue to eat a Potbelly's but not sure if I will be giving this particular location another try.

Potbelly’s is a treat for me as I’m working on my abs and the location is never close to my home. I went to this location on a Saturday afternoon for lunch and ordered a Turkey Big and Chicken & Cheese Big sandwich. It was delicious, as usual. The service was lacking a bit compared to other locations as they were confused on sandwiches and missed one of my orders completely. The workers were friendly so that made waiting bearable.
