The arugula and the black truffle honey really accent the prosciutto and stracciatella. The focaccia was very light, slightly toasted with a marvelous crunch. My wife's Cubano was an Italian take on thus classic sandwich. Though the focaccia was equally delightful, this was a little mundane but still enjoyable.
This cute shop has limited seating at a counter and a few tables for 2 people. 4 or more in a group would be better served with takeout orders. This would be a great option for a picnic or lunch in the park.

Looked like they were making online orders and only servicing a handful of people so it should have been a quick in and out but it wasn’t. But not because they were slow, because they were busy with the online orders and then within minutes the rush came in. I observed this team led by James execute orders online and in person, with professionalism. James had a customer who demanded a refunded from the day before that he wasn’t aware of and assisted her until she was satisfied. Offered her options and provided excellent customer service. Aside from the normal hustle and bustle during the lunch rush which I assume can be a challenge daily, James made sure to take care of each individual customer ensuring the team was meeting expectations. The team was friendly and polite even when I witnessed a customer being rude and disrespectful. When folks are making your food, it’s not a bad idea to be kind. Many people ask for that and I don't want banana peppers or jalapeno peppers I want crushed peppers. I'm glad the owner of this establishment decided to purchase it for their location specifically and this is why I go there and not only that, but for Jason, who makes the most neatest sandwichs, not sloppy ones and always pays attention to detail. The other gentleman in the evening whose name is Nick? I believe, he also is a very nice employee, quiet but very nice and they both are a pleasure to see on duty when I pick up my orders.
