I visited this store after 6 or 7 months, and was amazed at how this store has turned around. My last visit back in October, 2022 was the worst. Customer service was horrible and food was just ok. I was in the are again and wanted to try cheesesteak. To my surprise, the service is fast, employees seem to know what they are doing and food was delicious. Thank you for making my visit an awesome experience.
I love the dining experience from this new location, the food was nice and fresh I will definitely come back i saw this lady and she was very nice and attentive her name was Aracely. Will be back for more delicious cheesecake and wings .

I love a good ole Charlie's steak and cheese close to my house . The steakum is pretty well seasoned. The chicken & cheese is pretty good as well as the flavorful wings. Always hot and fresh. The strawberry lemonade it bomb ! The staff is friendly and professional. I hate the ppl hounding for money outside everytime I go but overall pretty good place.
