I love a good ole Charlie's steak and cheese close to my house . The steakum is pretty well seasoned. The chicken & cheese is pretty good as well as the flavorful wings. Always hot and fresh. The strawberry lemonade it bomb ! The staff is friendly and professional. I hate the ppl hounding for money outside everytime I go but overall pretty good place.

Today I placed my order online in the Charlie’s App. Four drivers tried to pick up my order and were not successful. I tried calling the store multiple times and no one answered. If you can order in the store it's great. The food is good and the service has improved. I just wanted to make sure my order was canceled. Oh, and you have to call the store you order from. No Corporate or Customer service call center

Every time I go I have to ask for HOT fries and when I do it’s a problem.YOU CAN NOT sit fries on a counter for over 5secs-3min or they are gonna loose the hot temperature if your gonna do that put a hot lamp there.

My first time coming here. Food was great. However, I didn't appreciate the service. I want to mention that I am a black female and the store is ran by Hispanics. The reason I'm mentioning this because upon me walking in, I greeted the cashier, a young Hispanic girl, and she literally just stares at me. Fast forward to receiving my food, the girl just sets it on the counter and proceeds to continue her conversation with the cook, normally the PROPER thing to do is call out the number ticket or let the customer know the food is ready. She did none of that. I had to ask the cook if that was my order. Then, an Hispanic family walks in, when their food was ready she walked it over to them. I don't know what that young lady problem is maybe don't work in a predominantly black area if you're going to treat people other than your own that way.
