“I love a good ole Charlie's steak and cheese close to my house . The steakum is pretty well seasoned. The chicken & cheese is pretty good as well as the flavorful wings. Always hot and fresh. The strawberry lemonade it bomb ! The staff is friendly and professional. I hate the ppl hounding for money outside everytime I go but overall pretty good place.“

“This may be a franschise and can be found in many locations, this Marlow Heights Charley's exceed expectations everytime. The staff is alwsays great. “Was in Riverdale Park and wanted something different, vegetarian and not Whole Foods. My Google search showed Vegan Junk Food DMV in the Food Hall was just feet away from where I parked. I walked in and was greeted by the bartender from Casper's who could clearly see I was confused. After reviewing all the menus for the restaurants in the Food Hall, I stayed with my Vegan Junk Food DMV. I ordered the Cheez'steak and totties.My food came out quickly and piping hot. The totties were seasoned very well. I wasn't expecting that, so it was a pleasant surprise. The cheez'steak was a mix of crumbles, finely diced mushrooms, peppers and onions. This is such a great blend that no one thing is overpowering. It has kale, Vegan cheez and a house sauce. This was a very huge and delicious sandwich. I couldn't eat all of it and would definitely go back to order it again as well as to try some of the other items.“

“While touring DC, my cousin had a cheesesteak craving, and this place was within walking distance. It was around 3 PM on a Wednesday, and there was no one else inside. They had a lunch special - buy one sandwich, get one free. Unsure if it's worth it at full price, but it felt like a steal at half price. The Girard Ave and Classic Cheesesteak were filling and tasted like high-quality sandwiches. We also tried the Love Park Salad, which had an excess of mozzarella cheese but was otherwise quite good.“

“Not too be to funny but it's a legit hood spot. It has some of the most famous Chinese dishes and then you got all the American stuff like fried chicken, shrimp ribs fish French fries. They make burgers and hoagie l. They sell beer,wine coolers and malt liquor. They are just selling what ever you want at 1 spot.“

“This restaurant has turned an unfortunate situation into an over the top, better than expected experience. I had a large catering order I placed a week in advance and even with some unfortunate events that took place the manager went above and beyond! He hand delivered the order within the hour and helped us make sure our employees were fed and happy. “I haven't had a Cheesesteak in a while so I wanted to try this place, The manager was very funny and friendly it was cooked excatly how I like it.I get my Cheesesteak with Lettuce, grilled bell peppers, grilled onions, Mayo, salt and pepper and Provolone Cheese.The reason I gave it 4 stars is the fries which are good are served with NO Salt! Lol ? While that may be a healthy choice and doesn't take away from the sandwich, I prefer it to be salted right after frying.They do have salt packets that are free that you can use to put salt on them so FYI when ordering the fries.I will be back to try the wings.Parking: Parking at this shopping center is always available at certain times it gets crowded so you may not get a parking lot close by all the time especially since this carry out is next to 3 other carry outs, a post office, a liquor store and a gym ? and a nail salon.So with that being said you can see that probably during the hours of 4 to 8 it's gonna be busy, but you will still find parking.Wheelchair accessibility: There are only certain Handicap spots but not a lot. This shopping center isn't flat, it's kind of on a slope, so pushing a wheelchair to a buisness may be difficult,I also can't remember how many locations on the curb have a ramp / recessed curve for wheelchair accessibility, so not only will you have to push the chair to the curve you may have to lift or pull the chair up on the curve.I have lived here for over 10 years and I don't see a lot of people in wheelchairs in this shopping center maybe that's why.And the majority of the counters in some of these establishments are high so someone in a wheelchair alone may have difficulty.“

“A staff member Nohemy made our time there much better. She cleaned our surface before and after we sat to eat and was very kind. The food took a little longer than expected since there wasn’t much people there. Overall everything was good.“
