Charleys Cheesesteaks offers a friendly dining experience with delicious food and a pleasant atmosphere. The staff, including the cashier, generally provide excellent service, and the restaurant maintains good cleanliness. Customers often enjoy hot, fresh food, including cheesesteaks, veggies, and fries, which are consistently tasty. While service is usually good, there was an instance where a cashier's attitude was unfriendly, causing some concern for future visits. The restaurant is located inside a mall with wheelchair accessibility via an elevator, and it is about a three-minute walk from the elevator to the restaurant. Overall, Charleys Cheesesteaks provides a satisfying experience with quality food and friendly staff.
