While touring DC, my cousin had a cheesesteak craving, and this place was within walking distance. It was around 3 PM on a Wednesday, and there was no one else inside. They had a lunch special - buy one sandwich, get one free. Unsure if it's worth it at full price, but it felt like a steal at half price. First time at Taylor Gourmet and I was extremely impressed! For starters, the place was very clean and the staff was extremely friendly. I am Gluten free and I got myself the Gluten free cheesesteak and it was delicious! Not very easy to find good gluten free sandwich spots and glad I came across this place. All of the sandwiches can be made to be Gluten free which was also a nice thing to see.

A delicious sandwich shop. Compared to others it is perhaps one of the better sandwich shops in the area on K Street. They offer both hot and cold sandwiches, most of which are specialty sandwiches. One thing to pay close attention to when ordering are the ingredients and toppings on the specialty sandwiches.
