“The Philadelphia Tavern is located downtown and there's plenty of parking. Be careful crossing the railroad tracks. We were immediately greeted and waited on. Service was good and the food was great. My wife had fish and chips and I had a Philly Cheesesteak. We both enjoyed our meals and quite honestly was almost too much. Only issue was the sodas were rather flat. Ambiance was nice and had the old told pub feel.“
“I had not been to a Joe’s Pizza in many years… Having grown up in PWC, I was familiar with them and their famous Hot Hippie Rolls, as well as their famous Zep subs. So, when in Manassas recently and near one, I stopped in for a hippie roll.I didn’t see it on the menu, but I asked the guy if they still sold the Hot Hippie Roll and he said yes. Basically, he made a fresh mild sausage roll. But it was still very tasty and piping hot and fresh too! It’s a nice, portable meal as it comes wrapped in aluminum foil, you just unwrap the portion you want to bite and hold the rest in the foil. It came with a nice and tasty marinara too.This particular Joe’s is in the “hood” part of Manassas, but he was friendly and the food was decent. It’s definitely a much different vibe than the original style of Joe’s though, as this was a combination Mexican bakery too – odd… But what I got was good.“
“If you're craving for a good cheese steak. This place will do just right! The meat portion they give is excellent. The bread was fresh and also the toppings. For a large size that cost less than $12 if really good price. With a large Fried, Large Sub and a drink under $17 with tax is very good deal for the amount you get. The fries were average. Nothing special about them.“
“This place is great. It’s right by the house and the people are always nice. I’ve never been disappointed and the food is always good and fresh. My go to is the House chicken rice platter with corn nuggets and it absolutely slaps. The wings are good too!“
“Its good for sure but just wish there was more veggie in there or lettuce in the existing bowls not just small shreds of lettuce could help the bowl look more appetizing.... Maybe can make it an Option in Delivery or Pickup Online for extra veggie.....lots of meat and fried if thats what you want. Also Bbq is more American Bbq should be mentioned. Very solid though overall but the falafel is frozen and hard dont get it.“
