“The staff is very friendly admin to mini firehouse subs. I always order my sandwich cold the young lady suggested that since I never had a hot firehouse sandwich to buy a small and try it hot I got the hook and ladder and have to admit wasn't bad not necessarily my style, but not bad at all, I think it's good if you eat it immediately as opposed to it being hot and getting cold my overall experience it was outstanding.“

“The deli meat is freshly cut, veggie toppings were plentiful and fresh and the sub roll is THE BEST hoagie roll ever. Chewy deliciousness. The kids had a simple ham and cheese the first day that was so good, we came back for an Italian hoagie the next day. The icing on the cake though was the customer service from Coretha. Be prepared to be entertained. She will wake you up with her kindness and humor after a long day of sitting inside the convention center.“
“The best hard roll sub in DC has got to be the G Man. My family has been eating them for well over 40 years. It's a family run carry out that has consistently made the same sandwich's for my family my whole entire life. If I'm in the neighborhood, I pick some up for everyone. It's a tradition my father started and I happily carry it on.“

“These are amazing sandwiches, we've been to two of the locations and each nailed it. I wouldn't give any stars for the customer service, one of the locations had a sign that essentially said do not talk to the employees. You basically handle the ordering online and pick it up rather quickly when you get there. Very unique sandwiches that span across the globe....only 4 stars vs 5 because they cannot even be bothered to say hello.“
“The office I work at loves to order here for luncheons. This time I tried one of their fan favorites the Sweet Thai Chili Grilled Chicken Sandwich. It was so so good. I was very impressed. It had the right amount of kick from the chili and crunch from the slaw. Next luncheon, I will prob order again thats just how good it was & on a warm brioche bun.“

“It has been my experience that if you don't make a sandwich correctly it tends to get soggy on the second day. To mitigate that I go into my local Jersey Mike's after church to get a Giant sub. I asked the meat guy would it be possible to make half the sandwich now and give me the meat/cheese toppings separately to make the other half myself later. He declined because it's "something they don't do"Here comes Victoria to the rescue. She kindly told the meat guy to make the sandwich then cut in half. She then took the meat off and put it in a salad container and then my toppings in a separate container and then wrapped up my bread which I very much appreciated. I know this is unlikely to happen at a busier time, but I loved the effort Victoria displayed to leave me as a satisfied customer. She should be commended by Corporate. Clinton, Md location.“
