“Lately, the service was a bit lacking. I ordered the 2 for 1 fish sandwiches and the bag came up short. I went back to get my order fixed, they made me a fresh order. Got home, the bag was light again. SMDH! COME ON!“

“Wow. Probably the best burger we have ever eaten. Our son was playing in a soccer tournament nearby. Afterwards we all fancied a burger. We googled and five guys came up. The cleanliness of this five guys was impressive, bathrooms spotless too. These high standards transferred over to the food and staff. All the staff smiley and happy and very helpful. You could tell they loved their job which is always a good sign of things to come… My goodness!!! A person in line mentioned the patti melt. I couldn’t see it on the menu. Then the person said its a secret menu coming soon. I ordered it and it did not disappoint! Delicious, fresh and without doubt the best burger i have ever had in recent memory . Fries delicious. Strawberry milkshake delicious! My wife and son said the very same about their food. If we are ever around the clinton area again,we will be going to five guys. “I like this establishment. They have a wide variety of food and drinks. The only thing I don’t like is whenever I order the chicken tenders I always have to wait at least 7-10 minutes for them. At least I get to enjoy those tenders fresh out the fryer.“

“I was not pleased with my experience today. I placed a pick up order via DoorDash on my way home from work today. I’ve had this same meal before but with whiting. My order was all incorrect. I was given butterfly shrimp, not regular fried shrimp (as before with the any fish and shrimp combo). I asked for only salt on my fries. Mambo sauce was placed on my fries (I did receive it on the side as well which I specified in the order details). I asked for catfish fillet & I received bites. I’m honestly really disappointed because normally I don’t have issues. If it wasn’t raining, I would drive back.

UPDATE 3/30: The owner of Wing Heaven called me the next morning and apologized and wanted to rectify the mistake. He offered to refund me & to make the order correct. I opted for just the correct order! A refund was not necessary! I went in today and Elle was pleasant and assisted with getting me the correct order! The meal was delicious! I appreciate Mr. Anthony Bryan for reaching out to rectify the situation!“

“Another customer just asking for transparency in pricing ( why he was charge so much?) Very valid question cashier just ignored him and kept asking for money! He was just asking the question apparently he had been there before. But, after a few tense words he paid and dined in. I'm sure he had a few more words for him after the rush of people left. It just didn't sit well for you have to get an attitude and argue just to get out of the cashier the amount they are charging for you food!“
