“I tried out the four wings and a waffle combo. It was absolutely delicious! The chicken was flavorful. The waffle was huge and cooked just like it should be.. crispy on the outside but nice and fluffy on the inside. Also, they seem to have their own mumbo sauce. And it's on point! Customer service is pretty good too. I ordered online and the website let me know when the food will be available. Then I went to pick it up and it was ready for me. Of course, I'm a chatterbox so I had to talk a bit to the young man that was at the front counter. Everyone seems to be really nice. Come on through and check this out out!“
“OMG! When I tell you the food here is Delicious with a capitol D I mean it. I am a frequent customer and the food is always good especially the shrimp quesadilla. But today I had a required taste for the shrimp fajita, which was AMAZING! All of the flavors went together perfectly. The shrimp was great and the rice. Adding the white and red sauce was life changing im telling you I'm going back for another plate I was so satisfied. “I ordered the Whiting fish meal with two sides ; the two sides being collard greens and macaroni and cheese with a Large Tea/Lemonade ? mix and banana pudding; the banana pudding had no bananas in it, just the pudding and soggy wafer cookies ( not grandma's recipe but it was alright). The fish was phenomenal and is the reason that I'm rating them five stars . On the other hand , I didn't care for the collard greens or macaroni and cheese (this could be due to biased taste buds) , there's a specific taste that I go for when eating greens and macaroni and cheese and the taste preference depends on where the cooks of these dishes originate . It wasn't nasty just not to my liking. That fish ? though ... OMG!!! I'll definitely be ordering from there again , I'll try different sides next time .“
“I come in once a week around 8am to gas up for the week. I finally got a chance to see the young ladys name tag Zanayvia. She is so welcoming and polite has a great customer service. She always has a smile and greets everyone I see walk through the door. I just felt it necessary to let that be known.“
“I decided to get a pot pie from KFC in District Heights today for dinner. I opted to go through the drive-in. I expected it to be more costly then it was considering the spike in food prices. It was $5 pre-pandemic, $6.19 today. Thanks KFC for keeping the pot pies at a reasonable price as well as favorable, delectable, loaded with plenty of veggies and chicken surrounded by that crispy crust.“
