I spoke to Jermaine and his team and was able to eat and they made the experience so good that I have to come back again. <3“

“Ive visited this McDonald's on many occasions, I ask for a double quarter pounder with ONLY extra onions and mustard that's it. I SAY IT SLOWLY AND CLEARLY several times to the cashier, I even asked him to repeat my order to me, his response double quarter pounder with cheese extra onions and mustard. I said NO CHEESE JUST EXTRA ONIONS AND EXTRA MUSTARD
Hold up, I even confirmed with the girl at the window, while she hands me the bag , what my order was, can you believe she said double quarter pounder with cheese extra onions and mustard OMG, NO MAAM, I ONLY WANT EXTRA ONIONS AND MUSTARD.

I took it back inside asked for the manager, I asked her to look at the sandwich and where is the extra mustard and onions? She giggles and i do to, yelled back my order , she was Hispnic, I told her Mucho onions e mucho mustard, lol

This wasn't the first time I experienced this situation at this restaurant. The first time was worse because I ordered 2 meals.
I was in thebdrive thru for about minutes.
They need to listen better

I order a few menu items. The Cantina Chicken Bowl was on point and so was the Crunchwrap Supreme quesadilla. 💕 these! These are the only faves I actually love on the menu and are worthwhile.

There was like 2 small black specks in my drink. So I poured half of it out 😤😮‍💨! Such a waste of money. The taste was bland as an icy. I'm glad it was a limited run because I wouldn't buy it again...“

“I got the spicy chicken sandwich with no pickles, baked Mac and cheese with the banana pudding for dessert. The sandwich with the red sauce 8.8/10 nice healthy pieces of chicken, the Mac and cheese 9.2/10 the top was nice and crispy and the cheese was super creamy. Now the Banana pudding 9.8/10 nice thick pudding not watery at all the wafers were perfect bringing my total score to 27.8/30. the portions are well balanced!! Yeah I plan on returning to try 3 more random items from the menu“

I also really appreciate that the app clearly labels everything that’s vegan, which makes ordering so easy.The food comes out really fast too! “I tried their food for the first time yesterday, based on a recommendation of a new employee at my place of work. I was absolutely shocked by how delicious the sandwich was. The chicken was crispy and juicy and the rooster sauce was dynamite! After lunch, I recommended it to another coworker who then also ordered it for lunch and tried it for the first time. She said she had the same experience I had- life changing! If you’re looking for a chicken sandwich, this is the place to go!“
